The desire to provide a place for people to share their stories of gender dynamics in the church and what steps they are taking to improve their experience led to the creation of this website.

There’s great individual empowerment from owning your experience and telling your story. Furthermore, when we read other people’s stories it enlarges our capacity for understanding and empathy.

We tell stories because it connects us to one another and helps us to make sense of our experiences. We discover commonalities and ways to work together. This is our hope and intention with our Read Other’s Stories page.

  • What prevents you from telling your story?

  • How have you benefited from hearing other people’s stories?

  • Are you finding the stories featured on our Read Other’s Stories page helpful? How so
